Parenting in the Upside Down
A free 90-minute gathering for parents of neurodivergent kids
You don’t have to figure your kid out alone.
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel like living in the upside down — where the advice that is supposed to work doesn’t, the usual expectations make everything harder, and somehow everyone keeps acting like the answer is just more consistency.
This is not a workshop where I give you five parenting strategies and send you home with a handout.
It’s a place to bring the things that feel stuck.
The mornings that fall apart.
The transitions nobody can make.
The homework battles.
The shutdowns.
The meltdowns.
The “why does this work for everyone else and not us?” moments.
We’ll think together. We’ll use conversation, expressive arts, reflection, humor, and the collective wisdom in the room to look for different ways in.
This is place where you can relax into the idea that you don’t have to solve everything alone.
Bring a question.
Bring a stuck place.
Bring the thing you have already tried seventeen different ways.
Or just bring yourself.
Come meet other parents who get it and see what becomes possible when we stop trying to do this solo.
