In the Let’s Play group, we engage in a variety of creative activities, such as group games, visual art in journals, collaging, music sharing, dance parties, and show and tell.
The group is centered around play-based learning, and while I provide some planned activities, the kids can take the lead and guide the flow of the session to wherever their inspiration takes them!

90-minute group experiences designed specifically for families where neurodivergence is a part of their shared experience. These experiences use expressive arts to help family members connect, communicate more effectively, and regulate emotions together. They focus on building understanding around the unique dynamics of neurodivergent families, fostering stronger connections and collaborative solutions through creative expression.
Offering psychoeducation about neurodivergence and/or gender diversity in the workplace, schools, and other organizations. These consulting services provide insights and strategies to help create more inclusive, supportive environments for neurodivergent individuals and/or those of diverse gender identities. The goal is to foster better communication, understanding, and systems that support a diverse and empowered community in educational and professional settings.
90-minute long-term, closed groups where participants engage in expressive arts to build skills, regulate emotions, and create a sense of community. These groups focus on exploring identity and purpose, with an emphasis on gender, neurodivergence, and personal expression in a supportive, collective environment.
Our curated art kits are designed for expressive arts groups that center creative process as the primary mode of exploration. Each kit is thoughtfully aligned with the focus and themes of the offering, supporting participants in engaging more fully in each week’s expressive arts activities. These kits are especially helpful for reducing decision fatigue and allowing you to enter the experience without needing to gather or plan materials ahead of time—so you can focus on expression, not preparation.
Kits are not required for participation and are not used in all offerings. Some experiences—such as our distributed or collective mind-based work—use a shared, facilitated process within the group space rather than individual materials.
Curated art kits are available for select groups and core items are also available for individual purchase on our site.
These workshops are designed to create a supportive community where you can connect with others who share similar experiences. Whether you’re neurodivergent, neuroqueer, or an ally, you’ll be part of a group that values authenticity, creativity, and shared experiences. These connections can help you feel understood, supported, and less isolated.
Short informational sessions offering psychoeducation and a basic understanding for individuals outside the community. These sessions are presented from a neuroqueer- forward lens, where questions are encouraged, but debate is not the focus. The goal is to provide allies with the tools and knowledge to support neurodivergent and neuroqueer individuals with respect and understanding.
