One-Time Online Workshop
Tuesday, Sept. 15
7-8:30 PM Pacific
Expressive Arts Workshop
Caregivers in neurodivergent families may discover that somewhere between the sensory overwhelm, executive functioning gymnastics, invisible labor, school emails, advocacy, accommodations, emotional translation, and relentless snack distribution, they stopped being able to hear themselves clearly.
If you've been carrying the calendar, doing the 2am research, and quietly wondering when someone is going to ask how you're doing, this workshop was made for you.
One-Time Online Workshop
Tues., Sept. 22
7-8:30 PM Pacific
Expressive arts workshop for parents, caregivers, family members, and loved ones of gender expansive children, teens, and young adults.
Loving someone whose relationship to gender expands beyond expectation can open doors you never knew existed. This workshop was created precisely for the humans trying to love well while also remaining honest about their own process. You don't need to arrive with the right words. If you’re willing to stay in the conversation, this workshop is for you.
Monthly Online Open Group
First Tuesdays 5-6:30pm Pacific
A monthly expressive arts gathering for adults exploring neuroqueering through creativity, connection, and community.
Neuroqueering is the practice of questioning norms that limit authenticity, expression, belonging, and human flourishing.
Many of us spend years adapting ourselves to fit spaces that were never designed with all brains, bodies, identities, and ways of relating in mind. We learn to blend in, explain ourselves, shrink parts of who we are, or carry the exhausting work of translating ourselves for others.
The Adult Neuroqueering Collective is a monthly online gathering for people interested in exploring more authentic, creative, and connected ways of being. Participants may identify as neurodivergent, queer, gender diverse, questioning, highly sensitive, or wonderfully unconventional—or simply feel drawn to the practice of neuroqueering.
Through guided expressive arts, meaningful conversation, reflection, and shared experiences, we explore identity, expression, relationships, community, and what becomes possible when we loosen the grip of expectations that no longer serve us.
This is not therapy. It is a space for curiosity, creativity, connection, and belonging.
You do not need to be an artist. Just bring your journal, your expression tools, your favorite stim toy, your emotional support animal, your curiosity—or simply yourself.
Come neuroqueer with us.

Our curated art kits are designed for expressive arts groups that center creative process as the primary mode of exploration. Our art kits are thoughtfully curated to match the themes and activities of each offering, so you can focus on expression, not preparation.
These kits are especially helpful for reducing decision fatigue and allowing you to enter the experience without needing to gather or plan materials ahead of time.
Kits are available for select groups and individual items are also available in the shop. Not all offerings use individual materials. Some of our work happens in shared, facilitated group space. Each offering will tell you clearly what you need.
Kits are not required for participation in our programs or workshops.
